Build: http://qtfy.enjin.com/forum/m/2774023... Since D/Wh Tempest is the highest DPS in the game if done correctly I wanted to make a video about how to execute the rotation properly. Some things that might not be obvious at first glance: -Use Lightning Orb from 300-400 range to make it hit more often. -Keep moving to proc 10% damage bonus from Seaweed Salad. -Use Shocking Aura for a small heal whenever its off cooldown -Swap to Air in the middle of your Burning Speed to proc the 250 Ferocity buff asap. -Include Heat Sink in your rotation if your party is lacking Fury. -Include Cyclone for Fotm/Dungeons to break the bar.
